Dr. Hovhannes graduated from the Lecom School of Dental Medicine with a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry. To ensure he stays at the forefront of dental advancements, he has completed a Live Implant Training course, showcasing his dedication to continuous learning and excellence in dental care.

Dr. Hovhannes’s passion for dental care was ignited by his family’s courageous move from Armenia during his teenage years. He saw dentistry as a way to honor their sacrifices and contribute positively to the community by having a respectable profession.

Having lived in Saugus, MA, for three years, Dr. Hovhannes and his family are deeply rooted in the community. His wife actively volunteers with the local PTO, and their sons attend school and participate in sports. Dr. Hovhannes values his connection to the North Shore, from Saugus to Melrose, Danvers, and Lynnfield. Through his practice, he is eager to support his neighbors’ quality of life by taking care of their smiles, whether they’re toddler teeth or mature grins.

At Lilac Dental, Dr. Hovhannes treats every patient like family, ensuring they receive great care with compassion and efficiency. His favorite career memories revolve around smile makeovers—he can remember each one he’s ever done. It’s always a supreme privilege to be able to be a part of and witness lives changing for the better through rehabilitated smiles.

When he’s not at the dental office, Dr. Hovhannes loves spending time with his wife, children, and their Aussie-doodle, Princess Leia. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys hiking, gardening, and playing soccer. He also has a passion for traveling and exploring new cuisines.
